As a Designated Agent we are approved by the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration to conduct employment eligibility verification for employers in all fifty states.

We act as the Employer's Designated Agent verifying the employment eligibility of new employees through several federal databases.

We are providing the employer with the knowledge that their Labor Force is eligible to work in the United States.

Our Service complies with state laws and local ordinances that require employment verification of employees in order to qualify for Public Contracts or to maintain Business Licensing.

E-Verify  is an Internet based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows Designated Agent's to electronically verify the employment eligibility of their newly hired employees. 

E-Verify is the best means available for determining employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security Numbers.

Photo Screening Tool is the beginning of biometric verification within the E-Verify system. This additional feature will be the first step in giving employers the tools they need to Detect Identity Theft in the Employment Eligibility Process.

The Photo Screening Tool feature allows an employer to check the photo on his or her new hire's Employment Authorization Document (EAD) or Permanent Resident Card ("Green Card") against the 14.8 million images stored in DHS immigration databases.
